The EVE is no more. Thanks for all the visitors (also those, who didn't actually get to see it in action) and developers!
Some of the old equipment can be seen at the University of Jyväskylä. Our VR projects are now using the Odeion hall, in which there is a smaller-scale version ("Upponurkka") with two walls and passive stereo projection.

August 27.-29. we hosted the 3rd CAVE-Programming Workshop, together with Tampere University of Technology, and CSC - Scientific Computing Ltd. The workshop focused on 3D user interfaces, using PC hardware in VR development, and in practical VR use-cases.
